Key Responsibilities
As a fresh graduate hire, you will be integrated into various operational units of the bank. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reconciling all banking accounts and supporting the implementation of new projects and change requests.
- Monitoring daily operations of alternate channels to identify areas for improvement and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Responding to customer emails and calls, and filling up account opening forms correctly.
- Reviewing daily management reports, checking payment files against statements, and performing supervisor-assigned tasks relating to credit cards.
- Preparing documents, calculations, and entries in coordination with overall month-end activities.
- Monitoring and controlling daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports, as well as daily operation plans.
- Liaising with Local and International Banks for funding Nostro accounts and supporting overall bank operations.
- Ensuring KYC and Re-KYC forms are filled properly in accordance with compliance policy.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this fresh graduate hiring initiative, applicants must meet the following strict requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration (BBA), or another closely related banking field.
- Achieve a grand total mark in the Bachelor’s degree of above 80%, or maintain a GPA above 3.5. (Candidates falling below this threshold will not be shortlisted).
- Be between the ages of 20 and 30 years old.
- Possess strong communication skills (oral communication, report writing, and presentation) in English, Dari, and Pashto.
- Demonstrate analytical, logical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience using computers for a variety of tasks and strong attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated, flexible, and capable of managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Additional certificates and training related to banking and finance are considered a great asset.
