Benefits of the Scholarship
The Bilkent University Undergraduate Scholarships provide the following benefits for international students:
- Partial or full tuition waiver scholarships
- Accommodation scholarships may be available for top students on full tuition waiver scholarships
- Maximum of 4 semesters in the English Preparatory Program and ten semesters in undergraduate programs for tuition waiver scholarships
- Accommodation scholarships are available for up to 8 semesters

Eligibility Criteria
Please review these requirements:
- Applications are open to undergraduate applicants from the countries on the list.
- Previous or current Turkish citizenship disqualifies applicants from international student scholarships.
- Applicants should prove acceptance of international qualifications such as SAT, GCE Advanced Level, Cambridge International A Level, International Baccalaureate, or International Science Olympiads.
- Have English language proficiency (IELTS: 6.5 overall or TOEFL iBT: 87)
- SAT:
- Reasoning Test: Minimum score of 1000 out of 1600 in the “Math” and “Critical Reading” sections.
- Subject Test: Minimum score of 500 out of 800 in at least two sections related to the applied program.
- GCE Advanced Level or Cambridge International A Level:
- Minimum three A-level subjects in a particular area of the applied program with at least a “C” grade.
- For five subjects:
- 2 A levels + 3 O levels or
- 2 A levels + 1 AS level + 2 O levels.
- For four subjects:
- 3 A levels + 1 O level.
- Predicted grades/results/scores will not be evaluated.
- International Baccalaureate (IB): Minimum diploma score of 28 out of 45 with at least one HL subject related to the applied program
- International Science Olympiads: Gold, Silver, or Bronze Medal holders recognized by TÜBİTAK
- Admitted students must provide original copies of submitted documents; Bilkent University reserves the right to verify the validity of exam scores.
