Opportunity Description
Donghua University was founded 1951
as the East China institute of Textile engineering this was the first institute
of higher education for textile in china. In 1995, Donghua University of china
became a member of “project 211”. The Donghua University was renamed as Textile
University in September 1985, and then 1999, the textile university was renamed
to Donghua University by China Higher Education.
To deepen the academic friendship between China
and foreign young generation, and to build a platform for the international exchanges
and cooperation of young talents, China Scholarship Council has established the
china link scholarship program for international students.

Required Application Materials
All mentioned documents are mandatory
for this Scholarship;
Ø A clear copy of valid passport and the passport should have at least
6-month validity
Ø Certificate of highest education
Ø Transcript of highest education
Ø Study plan; personal statement for general scholars and research
proposal for senior scholars
Ø Physical Examination record for foreigner; this examination form must
completed in English of Chinese.
Ø Non-Criminal Record report
Eligibility
1. Be a citizen of country other than the china
2. Be in a good health, mentally and physically
3. Be enrolled as a full time students
4. Be under 45 years of age when applying for general scholars
5. Be under 50 years of age when applying for senior scholars
Scholarship Recommendation
1. The candidate are suggested first contact with Donghua professors for
acceptance latter, second way contact with Donghua International student office
through the email via iso@dhu.edu.cn.
2. DHU will review the application after the review the international
student office will announce the pre admission letter for the candidate who
pass the review.
3.
Finally the CSC will decide
to grant the scholarship for the applicant or not.
