Job Duties and Responsibilities
1.
Driver ensuring that passenger wear their seat belts
in all time in the machine
2.
Driver enforcing the passenger no smoking policy in
the machine
3.
Driving office machine for the transport of authorized
personnel only
4.
Facilitating immigration and customs formalities as
required.
5.
Escort the official personnel at the airport and
facilitate VIP mission
6.
Collecting and deliver mail to government
7.
Ensuring that all vehicles comply with the Minimum
Operating Security Standards
8.
Following strictly all rules and regulations

Excellent driving skills;

Knowledge of driving rules and regulations, chauffeur
protocol and courtesies, and local roads and conditions, and defensive driving
skills;

Skill in minor vehicle repairs;

Required Skills and Experience
·
Secondary Education and valid Driver’s license.
·
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a driver in
an international organization, embassy or UN system with a safe driving record.
Experience in minor vehicle repair.
·
Working knowledge of spoken and written English and
knowledge of local languages is required.
·
Working knowledge of another UN Language is desirable
(French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish).
