Main Job
Responsibilities
1.
Arranging tables and conducting a survey of returnees
and internally displaced persons at the province level in order to present to
the supporting institutions, keeping in mind the hierarchy
2.
Active participation in stabilizing potential risks
and elements at risk in coordinating the relevant institutions to prepare and
respond to internally displaced persons
3.
Submitting proposals for specific plans to the
relevant authorities in order to reach the affected people on time
4.
Cooperation in informing returnee and internally
displaced families in order to reduce vulnerabilities
5.
The arrangement and setting of a specific database for
the purpose of entering the general information of those surveyed and making
subsequent decisions
Management
Duties
6.
Arranging the monthly, quarterly and annual work plan
in accordance with the general plan, in order to achieve the set goals of the
department
7.
Presenting monthly, quarterly, annual and when
necessary reports on related activities and achievements, in order to inform
the leadership of the department.
8.
Implementation of other duties assigned by the
relevant commander according to the laws, regulations and objectives of the
department
9.
Coordinating aid with respect to the hierarchy during
an accident in the affected areas with relevant departments to reduce risks

Requirement
1.
Field of study: Having at least a bachelor's degree
from national and international educational institutions, higher degrees are
preferred.
2.
Not need work experience
Skill
3.
Master in one of the official languages (Pashto or
Dari) and familiarity (written and spoken) with English
4.
Computer skills
