Supervision of the implementation of the plan for the construction of settlements of returnees and internally displaced persons for the purpose of the departments expected operations

1.       Monitoring the implementation of technical methods of the settlements in order to clearly reflect the supply of services

2.       Supervision of the implementation of the project of the returnees' settlements at the moment for the purpose of technical analysis and calculation of figures

3.       Supervising the matching of plotting prepared after the survey and arrangement of maps to present it to the relevant department

4.       Supervision of the estimation and design of the engineering department of the construction projects of the settlements in order to implement the process of planning and distributing scores for those who are entitled to shelter

5.       Receiving maps (typical and non-typical) from relevant authorities in order to implement them in the settlements of returnees.

6.       Proposals of constructive plans to the directorate to improve the supervision affairs of the settlements

7.       Presenting information and figures in the recent monitoring process of the Directorate of Immigrant Affairs in order to know the situation and take the next measures

8.       Presenting monthly, quarterly, annual and if necessary reports on relevant activities and achievements in order to inform the leadership of the department

9.       Arranging the monthly, quarterly and annual work plan in accordance with the general plan, in order to achieve the set goals of the department

10.   Implementation of other duties assigned by the relevant commander according to the laws, regulations and objectives of the department

All candidate must following the below requirement

1.       Work experience: at least one year related to the duty of national and international educational institutions from inside or outside the country.

2.       Field of study: at least a bachelor's degree in one of the fields of engineering (civil engineering, construction, geodesy, geological survey, urban planning, urban planning designer, engineering) and higher degrees in the above fields from national and international institutions inside or outside the country is preferred.

3.       Computer skills in task-related applications

4.       Mastery of one of the official languages ​​of the country (Dari or Pashto) and familiarity (writing and speaking) with English

(5) point score for the third and fourth positions, and (3) point score for the first and second positions based on the procedure for hiring persons with disabilities for disabled persons (if the person's disability does not prevent the performance of assigned duties).
