Opportunity Description

Sola school is located in Rwanda and this school is a residential and scientific place for students and employees. Sole students live in a common environment with several employees female (parents are living in dormitory and Sola employees live in a separate place from Sole premises. In Sola school, there are separate buildings for teaching, meeting, library, different spaces for study and canteen.
Sola school is located in a safe and urban residential neighborhood. The school grounds have gates and are monitored 24/7 by the security team. Rwanda is a country with a population of 13.5 million people and is usually considered a prosperous democracy and one of the safest. Countries in Africa are mentioned. It has been almost 30 years since the genocide against the Tutsis of Rwanda in 1994. Almost 5% of Rwanda's population are Muslims and all Muslims are free to perform Islamic affairs without any restrictions.
Sole's academic year starts in September and continues until June and teaches the following subjects: mathematics, science, English, Dari, Pashto, social studies, Islamic subjects and art, with the exception of Dari, Pashto and Islamic subjects, all subjects are taught in English by teachers who speak the language Their mother tongue is English, it is taught. Sola also offers enrichment courses in the summer through a unique program that brings boarding school professors from different countries to Sola to teach the subjects of arts, science, creative writing and outdoor education in foreign languages.

Eligibility of Sola School
Sola School is looking for some Afghan girls who have great motivation and hard work. Students must have family permission to travel to Rwanda and live together with other Afghan girls in a boarding school environment. Students must have completed at least elementary grades up to fifth grade. Usually, Sola school accepts students for the sixth grade, but in 2024, it may consider seventh to ninth grade students on a case-by-case basis. Proficiency in English is not a necessary condition for admission because students will learn to read, write and speak in English at Sola School.
 What are the characteristics of a typical SOLA STUDENTS?
For the academic year 2023-2024, sola enrolls girls from pre-6th grade to tenth grade. Our students are in the age group of 10 to 20 years old. The student population of Sola school includes the majority of the main ethnic groups in Afghanistan. At present, the communities of Afghan immigrants from all over the world continue to form.

How can apply for Sola Scholarship
 A students who are under 18 years old and who has enrolled in SOLA is welcome to apply to become a member of SOLAs incoming class students in Rwanda.
Note;
Application forms will be accepted until June 15th. Sola School will contact all applicants who are selected to the final list until July 31st to conduct an online interview. Interviews will be held in August. Accepted students will be informed of their acceptance to Sola School by September 30
