The University of WAIKATO International Excellence
Scholarship was established in 2015 for boosting educational opportunities,
this scholarship is supporting talented students from around the world who are
enrolling as new students into bachelor and master degree.
The Vice-Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarship is
a fully funded scholarship and have a value up to 15,000$ for bachelor students
and have value up to 15,000$ for master students, the successful applicant will
become the ambassadors for University of WAIKATO.

Criteria
To eligible
the applicant must follow the criteria;

The applicant must apply for full-time in an undergraduate
and graduate program

The applicant must receive conditional and
unconditional offer letter from university of WAIKATO
·
The applicant must have a minimum GPA equal B+ for qualification
WAIKATO University
The candidate
will be disqualify if any the following apply;

A students who paid the tuition of the university Waikato
·
A students who currently enroll in the University of Waikato
·
Coming to the University of Waikato on a Guaranteed
Credit Arrangement

The applicant have an excellent background academic
·
The applicant must have this potential to become the university
ambassador
Scholarship
Value
Ø Scholarship
Value will be between 2,500$ and 15,000$ will paid for the first year of study
to the university of WAIKATO
Ø The number
scholarship is not mentioned for international students
Ø The scholarship
will be applied directly to the recipient’s tuition fees for the agreed
programme of study either at the time of enrolment or once their enrolment is
completed.
Ø Successful
applicants will receive a scholarship offer which is valid for 14 days
Ø After accepting the Scholarship Offer, recipients will receive
an official Scholarship Offer Letter to assist in any student visa application
