Opportunity Description

The World Bank’s providing scholarships for young students up to two years to a limited scholars, this students are compel to contribute the mission of World Bank for the new approaching the capacity of developing and knowledge sharing with world.
This an important parts of the World Bank to improve economic development and share prosperity through investment in education.
JJ/WBGSP will award scholarships to 52 master's degree programs at 27 universities in the United States, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Japan in key areas of development such as economic policy management, taxation, and infrastructure management, subject to available funding.

Benefit of the JJ/WBGSP
Ø  The duration of the scholarships time the applicant will obtain Full tuition fee though the university (university fee)
Ø  During the scholarship time the university covering all the expenses inclusively (food, water, accommodation and book) Monthly living cost
Ø  The scholarship will fund one economy class air travel from his/her home country to the host university (Round trip airfare)
Ø  Basic Health insurance
The scholarship does not providing the following expenses
Ø  Visa application cost
Ø  Cost to bring family member
Ø  Taking the extra-curricular courses and training
Ø  Do not providing the cost of language courses
Ø  Additional travel during the courses
Ø  The scholarship does not supporting the cost related to the research
Ø  Educational equipment such laptop or mobile
Ø  Resident permit fee
  
Selection process
 Two qualified professor review the application independently the eligible and score on the scale of 1 to 10 taking account for four main factor.
1.      Professional experience (30%)
2.      Recommendation (30%)
3.      Commitment of your home country (30%)
4.      Academic background (10)
 
The JJ/WBGSP Secretariat uses the average score of the two assessors and the following criteria to select the finalists:
ü  Maintaining a reasonably wide geographical distribution of awards
ü  Maintaining a reasonable distribution of awards across gender
ü  Unusual circumstances/hardships, when assessing the employment experience and other aspects of an application
ü  Giving scholarships to those applicants who, other things being equal, have limited access to financial resources for graduate studies abroad.
