Proven experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role. · Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills. · Good typing skills and familiarity with computer systems. · Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time. · Calm and patient approach when dealing with angry and stressed calls or clients. · Fluent in national languages and proficient in English. · Ability in marketing and customer acquisition
